Vehicle inspections are required by "[InsuranceCompany]" for underwriting purposes and must be conducted within forty eight hours from your policy inception date. There may be conditions and/or limitations and/or penalties applicable as a result of the inspection certificates not received within forty eight hours of the policy inception. If these were not discussed with you by "[InsuranceCompany]" Representative or broker, please feel free to contact them to discuss these terms.

Upon receipt of this email, please contact My Glass on 0861MyGlass (0861 694 527) to arrange your appointment. We respectfully request that you make use of the available time slots offered to you by the local My Glass service centre, alternatively you are required to take your vehicle(s) into the service centre for the inspection(s) to be conducted.
It is important to note that it remains the sole responsibility of the policy holder to ensure that the vehicle inspection(s) is done within Forty eight (48) hours of the policy inception date, respective.
